Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you a refund. 

Refund For online purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days. If the full order is returned between 14-28 days, only price of the item will be refunded.

Due to weight of the product, we are not able to offer free returns. It will be your responsibility to have the item delivered back to Cloud Fitness by post or courier. Before returning your item, please contact us by email hello@cloudfitness.co. Please make sure the item has appropriate packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice within the package. If you cannot print your invoice, please include a note stating your order number, name and contact details. Please obtain proof of postage. Without these details we won't be able to process your return.

Refund would be made to the same form of payment used.
